Kuraray Noritake Katana Zirconia YML
€179,00 – €265,00
Long-span and complex geometries require the highest possible strength, esthetic monolithic restorations in the enamel area and very high translucency. For a long time, it was necessary to choose between the two properties. This has changed with KATANA™ Zirconia YML: thanks to its high strength in the body area and natural translucency in the enamel area, the material meets the requirements for an unlimited range of indications. It is based on a new multilayer technology with newly developed raw materials containing different concentrations of yttrium oxide, which have been integrated into a four-layer color structure. As a result, KATANA™ Zirconia YML offers a seamless color saturation, translucency and strength gradient that enables the easy fabrication of high-quality, natural-looking restorations – including monolithic long-span bridges.
Versatile usability
The design flexibility is exceptionally high – from veneers to full-arch restorations, all indications can be realized. You always have the choice between a monolithic, cutback or framework design and the corresponding fabrication method tailored to your individual requirements.
Fast production
High-speed sintering (within 54 minutes) opens up completely new possibilities. Thanks to shorter waiting times, it is predestined for new products and rush orders: Restorations can easily be completed within one day. In addition, optimized overnight sintering cycles also enable shorter delivery times and increased efficiency in the in-house laboratory.
One for all
Due to the high translucency and strength in one blank, the entire range of indications can be covered. This simplifies stock management considerably.
Aesthetics made easy
The seamless multilayer technology ensures that there are no visible transition lines between the layers. As a result, the natural color and translucency are shown to their best advantage, enabling simplified, time-saving finishing.
Controlled sintering shrinkage
The high accuracy of fit of the restorations after the final sintering process reduces the risk of having to fabricate new restorations. This offers further decisive advantages for laboratories, as time and material are saved.
