THE VIBRATION THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

N.era bRRRush is the brainchild of Roberto Devolio, dental technician in Curitiba, Brazil. In addition to using the revolutionary N.era tips, a unique “vibration zone” has been incorporated into the shaft. As you slide the nail of your index finger back and forth on the surface, you create a micro-vibration that spreads to the end of your brush tip. Meanwhile, the small amount of varnish on your brush will almost want to come off, forming into a small droplet that is very easy to place on your layering. A short video clip below shows how impressively this technique works. The advantage of this technique lies in the fact that significantly less air remains in the ceramic material during layering, at the same time this means less porosity in the veneer after firing – a spectacular effect, especially in the incisal area. N.era brushes are available as a set of four sizes (No. 8, 6, 4 and 1), but can of course also be ordered individually.
