General Terms and Conditions of Business and Sale Shop 2020

Last update April 2020 Thank you for reading the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By placing an order with Smile Line Europe GmbH, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale.

1. scope of application

Our range of goods in the online store is aimed exclusively at consumers with a habitual residence and a delivery address in Germany. The operator of the online store at www.shop-smileline.de and your contractual partner is :

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded between you as a customer and us as the operator of the online store www.shop-smileline.de. As part of the ordering process, you accept the GTC in the version valid at the time of placing the order. All verbal and telephone agreements must be confirmed in writing in order to be binding. The requirement of written form is also fulfilled if a declaration is contained in an e-mail.

2. register + order

If you would like to order one or more products on this page, you can add one item at a time to your shopping cart. When you have selected all your products, click on the shopping cart button. Here you will see a list of your selected products, the individual prices, the total amount, the delivery method and the shipping costs. Complete the order process by entering your contact details and delivery address. By selecting the payment method (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa) you will be redirected to the secure website to complete the payment process. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

3. reservation of title

The products remain the property of Smile Line Europe GmbH until they have been delivered to the buyer.

4. prices, availability, shipping

Our prices include statutory taxes and fees. For shipments outside the EU, additional import fees may apply for the buyer. If a product is currently not available, we will inform you by e-mail. The order will be shipped within 3-5 days. All deliveries are shipped by UPS. Estimated delivery time:

  • Germany – UPS Standard: 1-5 days

The goods cannot be sent to a P.O. Box address.

5. small quantity surcharge

An additional flat rate of EUR 10 will be charged for orders under EUR 50.

6. terms of payment / return

You have the choice of different payment methods: PayPal, Master Card, Visa. When purchasing by credit card, the amount will be debited upon completion of the order at the time of the transaction. Complaints about delivered products must be received by Smile Line Europe GmbH within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Items can only be returned with the consent of Smile Line Europe GmbH. Returns are only possible if the goods and the original packaging are undamaged, the original packaging has not been opened and the goods have not been used. The return costs/fees shall be borne by the buyer. Any damage that is obviously due to transportation must be reported to UPS at the time of delivery. Smile Line Europe GmbH must be informed of any damage in transit by e-mail. In the event that a shipment is automatically returned to Smile Line Europe GmbH (in case of refusal or unclaimed by the customer), Smile Line Europe GmbH will refund the amount paid less shipping charges and return shipping fees.

7. warranty of the products

All Smile Line Europe GmbH products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.

8. changes to the Service or the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, our processes and our terms and conditions, including these terms and conditions of sale, at any time. Your order is subject to the terms and conditions, processes and general conditions of sale in force at the time of your order.

9. data protection

Smile Line Europe GmbH assures you that your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties or for advertising purposes.

10 Applicable law / place of jurisdiction

The business relationship between the customer and Smile Line Europe GmbH shall be governed exclusively by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin (Germany).
